My name is Álex. I was born in Madrid and grew up between Spanish and French influences that have quietly shaped the way I see the world. I have always been fascinated by shapes and how they appear in the world around us. After an early phase as a translator, I decided to return to school to study interior and graphic design.

Over the years I have moved happily between these creative paths, and surface  design has become the place where everything I love comes together. It feels like home, a space where I can dress up walls and everyday objects for both children and adults with simple geometric and organic shapes.

I find endless inspiration in nature’s abstract forms, both bold and delicate, and I love playing with how these different sides can live together in harmony inside a pattern.
